Using email templates makes you the hero by sending your customers as much information as possible for new reservations, reminding customers about required documents they must have, sending bon voyage emails that give them helpful tips for their trip, and sending general reminders to help make their trip more enjoyable by giving them details. If they read the emails and use the information, it can help with possible issues.
